Tatiana Ramras

Tatiana is a graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in law school, she worked in the legal department of Invitations Homes, the largest owner of single-family rental homes in the United States. Tatiana worked at Deloitte and Ernst & Young before founding a real estate brokerage and property management company. As a broker, she earned a reputation as a dealmaker, closing dozens of transactions.

Tatiana was trained in mediation at the Quinnipiac School of Law Center for Dispute Resolution.

Ari Ramras

Ari is a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He is a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law (State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization). As a former Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court, Ari conducted numerous civil settlement conferences. He has handled hundreds of escrow and title claims for some of the largest title insurers in the country.

Ari was trained in mediation at the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School by Frank Sander, known as the father of alternative dispute resolution.
